• i cannot stress enough that i am a disabled artist, i have severe memory issues, and am mentally & physically disabled. it is okay to ask for updates and remind me of your comm.
• all commission payments are taken upfront, and i only take payments through ko-fi and paypal. ive had impersonators before, please be aware of this when seeking to message me for comms! please always make sure who youre talking to is the right person!
• refunds may only be issued if project is unable to be completed after the sketch process. refunds will not be issued over finished pieces.
